At TechTree-Ind.com, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Please read this Cancellation Policy carefully to understand how cancellations are handled.


1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched/shipped from our warehouse.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be handled as per our Return & Refund Policy.


2. How to Cancel an Order

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your Order ID:

Cancellation requests are processed on a best-effort basis before dispatch.


3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If the order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be initiated.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer after customer confirmation.


4. Cancellation by TechTree-Ind.com

TechTree-Ind.com reserves the right to cancel an order in the following situations:

  • Product is out of stock

  • Incorrect pricing or product information

  • Payment failure or suspected fraudulent activity

  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping details

In such cases, a full refund will be provided.


5. Non-Cancellable Orders

  • Orders that have already been dispatched

  • Customized, special-order, or activation-based electronic products


6. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be initiated within 5–7 business days.

  • Actual credit time depends on your bank or payment service provider.


7. Policy Changes

TechTree-Ind.com reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
