1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable when:

  • A return request is approved and the product passes inspection

  • An order is cancelled before dispatch

  • A product is confirmed as damaged or defective and replacement is unavailable


2. Refund Method

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer after confirmation.


3. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • The actual credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


4. Deductions

  • Shipping or handling charges are non-refundable, unless the refund is due to our mistake (damaged or wrong product).

  • Any applicable deductions will be communicated clearly.


5. Cancellation & Refund

  • Orders cancelled before shipping are eligible for a full refund.

  • Orders cancelled after dispatch will be handled as per the Return Policy.


6. Delayed or Missing Refunds
